Control Room

Many large assignments have their own control room and at Ultimate, we have invested heavily in Control Room Management courses for our staff and training team to ensure that this position, which is often classed as the heart of any large contract runs smoothly and efficiently.

Front of House

As a result of recent terrorist activities, many high profile clients have invested heavily in, not only manpower, but also technology such as X-ray machines, arches and wand detectors. Ultimate can provide highly trained staff who are able to use this equipment whilst still retaining the friendly but firm policy required from front of house officers.

At Ultimate, we carry out pure search duties as part of our many tasks for a number of clients at their distribution depots. Officers at these sites are highly trained in search procedures and the detection of unauthorised items concealed in luggage or about the person.

Reception

There is a growing trend for high profile organisations to recruit security trained officers for their front of house reception and security personnel are often the first contact that visitors experience. With this in mind, Ultimate has devised a training programme which combines the smiling, friendly receptionist with the acute awareness of security. Front of house personnel will also be uniformed to reflect the style and culture of the client they are working for.

Gatehouse

Many clients view distribution depot sites to be at the lower end of the security scale, though nothing could actually be further from the truth. Distribution depots can be very vulnerable and it is essential that specialist trained personnel are employed. Ultimate officers at these sites are trained in many specialist areas including internal audit trail of the warehouse and vehicle search. The difference between profit and loss on a major scale can be attributed to the loyalty and trustworthiness of these officers.

Patrol

Patrol teams are the eyes and ears of every assignment - essential to gathering not only security intelligence but internal and external building or ground defects which could lead to serious Health and Safety issues.
