Ultimate is dedicated to ensuring that high standards are maintained across our business and have implemented a strict vetting process in accordance with British Standard 7858.
All potential employees are subject to a telephone screening process which must be completed to the satisfaction of the Human Resources Manager. Once a provisional offer of employment is made, employees are required to undergo a three month probationary period.
During this probationary period, a comprehensive background check is undertaken covering the past 5 years. References are obtained from all employees for the entirety of this 5 year period.
