Thirty years security experience both within the UK and Overseas with, most of London’s small-medium contract security companies: Having held senior management positions with various companies and after the third takeover by Rentokil, was appointed Regional Director of Pegasus London with full commercial financial and operational responsibility for £10m of business. September 1999 formed Ultimate Security Services Limited. Previous to this had a Military career: Nine years service with the Royal Marines including 2 years special duties with 14. Int. Coy/S.R.R.

Steve Hall- Chief Executive Officer
Commercial Senior Security professional with an extensive background in commercial, operational, general and financial roles: Has held full commercial responsibility, both financial and operational for key clients including: London Underground Limited, Hospital Trusts, City of London, Silverlink Trains and Gatwick Airport Limited.

Anthony Wood -Managing Director - Operations
Twenty six years military experience in management, training, instruction, work planning, rosters, admin., welfare, supervision and reporting. Joined the Security Industry and Ultimate Security Services Ltd in 2000 and has held a variety of management roles. Has previous experience in Hotel Management and Immigration.

Ellie Bright - Director
Joined Ultimate Security Services as Founder member and Director in 1999. Has previous experience in all aspects of General office work including Accounts, Shipping and Marketing.

Michelle Curtis - Financial Director
Graduated from London Guildhall University with BA (Honours) degree in Accountancy. Qualified with ACCA in 2002 and became a Fellow of the institute in 2009. Having previously worked for a Top 60 accountancy practice in London has now accumulated 15 years experience in both practice and industry. She is also a member of the ICAEW Finance and Management Faculty. Joined Ultimate in 2007.

David Hutler - Commercial Director
Over 25 years security experience gained with various companies in the UK, USA, Europe and Africa and has held senior management positions with both Pinkerton and Securitas. A former Royal Marine; joined Ultimate in 2009..

Neil Gibson - Regional Director
Seventeen years security experience joined Ultimate Security in 2002 as Site Manager, promoted to Quality & Health & Safety Manager in 2007 then promoted to Regional Director 2008. Experienced in ISO 9000, internal company audits and Client Management: Previous to joining the security industry was fire fighting in the Royal Air Force.

Peter Johnson - Regional Director
Joined Ultimate Security as a contract manager, promoted to Regional Manager responsible to the Operational Director for the day-to-day operations and manpower in December 2005 then promoted to Regional Director, November 2008. Has 15 years experience within the Security Industry working for a variety of well known security facilities suppliers.
