Ultimate Development & Learning was initially formed to address the growing development needs of our parent company, Ultimate Security Services Limited. Following the success of the courses and the officers that undertook them this service was expanded and now offers a wide range of training programmes to external Clients across all industry sectors.

After each training programme, candidates are requested to complete an evaluation form recording their level of satisfaction and general comments. Follow up ‘on the job’ evaluation is carried out to ensure the individuals are applying their new skills back in the workplace.

The training arm of Ultimate Security Services, Ultimate Development & Learning brings with it a wealth of both training and practical experience. All the trainers have worked in the areas in which they train and understand the practical issues as well as the theory.
